 orning – Discussion and expression workshop Description ‘Play Space’
  by Susanne Bentley\, dancer and teacher of contemporary dance and improvi
 sation. Move\, experiment\, improvise and discover what makes your movemen
 t unique. You don’t need to be a professional dancer: here\, we’ll exp
 lore your own way of dancing and experiment with different ways of moving 
 with others. All in a supportive\, pressure-free environment\, with just o
 ne rule: have fun. ‘Mental health – let’s talk about it… through m
 ovement!’ with Laura Dethier\, programme director of Quand on Danse. A w
 orkshop to give you a voice and help shape the project together with you. 
 Through movement games\, playful exercises and group discussions\, you’l
 l be invited to share what mental health means to you\, as well as your ne
 eds and aspirations. As a group\, we’ll also reflect on what might encou
 rage people to take part\, get involved and remain committed to the projec
 t. Movement will help us break the ice\, create an atmosphere of trust and
  encourage open\, collective and non-judgemental discussion. You’re very
